GG REVIEW S1X4 FIRE WALKS WITH Z

Hello New Yorkers, Legally Polymath here and I got the biggest review ever! "Fire walks with Z"is here and I could not be more excited.

Some of the storylines are getting repetitive.Some others are fun and entertaining to wath but still it's a quality show. In terms of storyline I must say, they really created a 2021 Gossip Girl, especially when we talk about music and pop culture. Music is essential, and so is fashion. Even if it's never gonna beat up the original, a special appereance from Princess Nokia and a cameo (or sort of) of Georgina Sparks as well as Blair Waldorf shows two sides of two very different targeted audiences. The millenials vs the centenialls/Gen Z, etc. I just love the combination of bringing elements from the old show into this one, cuz we are here for cameos and name dropping!

I like the fact that the show has new elements and old ones, the non so cameo witg Blair and Geogina its iconic.Davis and Nick dynamic as single dads its awseome. Overall both Julien and Max are my favorite, she is amazing, such a great role model for young girls, Max not so much but he’s seual kiberation is iconic, that’s his show im sorry! Zoya is a victim of her own catathorphies, she blames herself for everything because she was being bullyed by her friends and her own sister, plus her mom’s dying its tough, essentially I have sympathy for her, I loathe b-days too, so I symphatized with her, I get it, even though I think her character and Obbie’s are like Dan and Jenny, plain old boring .

Milo Sparks.The character we never knew we needed or existed. Scheming is in his blood and so is on her mom's, I personally think this is a genious move, It's so derranged and completely insane much like Georgina. Complicated, quite weird but it works.

The downside are the freaking teachers, once again, the show proved that this people are INSANE, for real. Kate loves being the person who bullys her students, she likes drama and to majke them feel powerless and vulnerable just beacause she has the power to do so, instead of actually teaching or focusing on her own career poath, she chooses cyberbullying for the sole purpose of "being heard", it's ridicoulus and Max was a predator, he fucked his 16 year-old student. That's fucked up, AND A FREACKING FELONY!

When Kate Keller resurrected the scandal-driven blog (or, in this case, Instagram account), she was encouraged to rediscover her voice by the simmering animosity between Blair and Serena. She wanted to transform half-sisters Julien and Zoya into the next big rivalry, based on their long-running feud. Julien and Zoya's back-and-forth hasn't yet grasped what made the original so special.

On the other hand, you got Aki, he is the swetest boy ever, to be honest, he is another of my favorite characters. Audrey conforoting her boyfriend about his sexuality in public reminded my of the time Blair and Georgina, alonside jenny outed Eric in public, plus her homophobic remarks out of resentment clashed with her Llbean pants @me on this one. C onsidering the fact that she was ok with Julien forgiving Zoya for stealing her boyfriend and getting mad about Aki kissing Max, just shows how poorly the script was written. So, forcing someone you love to give you an answer about an existential/personal crisis at a party it's ok but cheating on him while he was "faithful" and supportive at all times it's not? It's a doble standard and not a very GG plot twist, the original show had an excellent writters team, I really dont know what happened.
