HOW I MET YOUR FATHER S1 E4 REVIEW

Like Barney Stinson would say I only have one rule, bring back nostalgia and running gags!

Episode 4 started out with Sophies themed birthday party, the theme? None other than the Dirrty music video by the one and only Christina Aguilera. Speaking of iconic the {Have You Met Ted?{ and the wingwoman/man references are back! Hopefully, here to stay.

The whole episode talks about navigating your 30s, showing that they are two types of people, the grown ups and the latter. While on a date with Drew, Sophie realized that he was the mature one, he named his senior dog after the best Golden Girls characther, talk about awseome references.

The bit where they talk about the Metro card and living in the city reminded me of the original show. So it was when they spoked about the magic of New York, getting cabs, and Sophie turning into Ted when he throwed so many parties to invite Robin.

Overall the episode was fun because of the references bit its still does not actually click.
