Decoding Fashion Styles: Balletcore

Balletcore fashion is influenced by dance gear and is inspired by ballerinas. Ballet has become a part of the fashion lexicon because it is so stylish. The ballerina's whimsical style is a wonderful combination of intricacy and adaptability. The continuous nostalgia of the 2000s with popular films and TV shows such as Black Swan and Sex and the City (i.e. Carrie Bradshaw's iconic tulle skirt from the opening credits) has contributed to the balletcore comeback.

Consider incorporating ballet flats, wrap skirts, bodysuits, and sweaters into your attire to attain the look of a beautiful ballerina. Tulle skirts are the ideal transitional garment, taking you from the warmer months of summer to the colder months of winter.
