DECODING RED CARPETS. BRITS 2023

Bourdeaux was the color of the season, alonside sheerness and capes. The brits generally are a good fashion moment for artists even though in this ocassion, they completly dissapointed the audience with plain boring looks (except by Sam Smith latex suit, so camp). A very forgetable red carpet for a very forgettable red carpet season.

The celebrities that walked the red carpet this year chose a variety of unconventional styles, bare baby bumps, sparkles, ruffles, metallics, and pearls.

This year, there was something for every fashion preference, in addition to a lot more.

Some celebrities went for classic red-carpet attire, while others wore outlandish designs that were sure to draw notice.

Lizzo, Sam Smith, and Kim Petras were just a few of the artists who took the stage at the concert at London's O2 venue before stopping to grace the red carpet.

Sam Smith opted for a surrealist jumpsuit by Harri instead of the typical red carpet attire, continuing the BRITs heritage of creative, daring fashion. The women of Wet Leg and Rina Sawayama wore dresses that were just off the runway, while Harry Styles demonstrated that his 1970s-style is here to stay in a custom-made Nina Ricci.
