Fashion Icons Encyclopedia. Miu Miu.

Founded in 1992 by Miuccia Prada (known as Miuccia as a child) in the heat of another flagship Prada, the brand's first collection was unveiled in New York, but later in Paris. I decided to host a fashion show. Combined with the aesthetics of searching a rustic, colorful, easy-going, historic archive, it becomes inseparable from the store's make-up wallpaper, turning the visual culture icon upside down in the most free way and referencing MiuMiu. I made it a brand.


One of the highlights of the brand is its advertising campaign. In a sense, it was Miucca who started the actress trend as an image of the campaign. Iconic artists such as Katie Holmes, Kirsten Dunst, Lindsay Lohan and Vanessa Paradis have seen his ads. Each season, the front row of their parade is filled with the latest and greatest from the world's cinema scene, as if that weren't enough. A closer example is Elena Anaya, a famous yet respected actress who is large but special and has a strong connection to the brand. Pure Miu Miu philosophy.


Ironically, she was a communist who built a luxurious empire after graduating from political science. In command of her, ready-to-wear was introduced in the mid-1980s. Since then, and especially in the last few years of the 20th century, and to this day, each season, Miuccia has succeeded in pacing fashion, reviving and reinterpreting collective imaginative elements such as racing. (Autumn / Winter 08/09), Stripes (SpringSummer 2011), Snakeskin, Colors, Fairy, and even Prada and other brands Miu Miu's tuning universe (SpringSummer 2012).
